GLOVERSVILLE - A city man was arrested Wednesday for allegedly forcibly touching the intimate parts of a person younger than age 17, city police said.
Anthony Consolazio, 44, of 167 Bleecker St., was arrested by city police and charged with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors.
Police said the incident occurred Jan. 5 in the city.
He was held for arraignment.
