JOHNSTOWN - The Fulton County Traffic Safety Board will conduct its New Year's Eve Free Taxi Ride Program from 11 p.m. Monday to 4 a.m. Tuesday.
According to STOP-DWI Coordinator Chad Brown, the program is in its 26th year. People needing a free, safe taxi ride in Fulton County during those hours should dial 773-7998. The only stipulation is the ride destination is home and not to another party or bar.
Arrangements have been made with Glove City Taxi for the service.
"We're hoping people do utilize it and they call for cab rides," Brown said.
