AMSTERDAM?- A?Healing Touch Level I class will be offered by the Center for Complementary Therapies at St. Mary's Healthcare on Jan. 26 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Jan. 27 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The program will take place in the auditorium at the Carondelet Pavilion, 380 Guy Park Ave.
Sister Rita Jean DuBrey, a certified Healing Touch practitioner and director of the center, will be the instructor.
This continuing-education program will provide 16 contact hours and is for registered nurses, physicians, body therapists, counselors, psychotherapists, other health professionals and anyone else who is interested.
"A strong commitment to personal growth is required," DuBrey said in a news release.
