Helen Cimino, age 85, of Gloversville, passed away on Sunday, December 23, 2012, at Ellis Hospital, Schenectady surrounded by her loving family.
Mrs. Cimino was born on July 11, 1927, in Jersey City, New Jersey.
Helen worked for many of her earlier years as a seamstress for various local glove manufacturers. She was remembered most as a loving homemaker who cared for her husband and children.
In 1947, Helen was united in marriage to Antonio Cimino, who passed away on January 13, 1996.
Survivors include: three sons, Antonio Cimino Jr., Fred Cimino and Michael Cimino; two daughters, Marie Postorino and Patricia Koehler; two brothers, Frank Anzovino and George Anzovino; one sister, Dorothy Anzovino; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by one son, Robert Cimino; one brother, William Anzovino; and one sister, Rosalie Loughney.
Family and friends may call on Thursday, December 27, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the A.G. Cole Funeral Home Inc., 215 East Main Street, Johnstown.
Private graveside services will be conducted on Friday, December 28, at Hillside Cemetery, Damascus, Pennsylvania.
