Schroon Lake led 25-10 after one quarter and 46-17 at the half on its way to the win.
Jeff Armstrong scored 16 points for the Wildcats (4-0 overall, 4-0 MVAC), while Bobby Rose finished with 11.
Caleb Hayes scored 10 points to lead Wells (2-2 overall, 2-2 MVAC).
