Anna Mae Davis King, 82, of Hopewell, Virginia, passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2012. She was the daughter of Andrew and Leona Conkling Davis. She was a 1947 graduate of Northville Central School. Mrs. King was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin M. King Sr.; two brothers and four sisters. Anna was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Hopewell.
She is survived by her son, Franklin M. King Jr. (Susie); daughter, Sally K. Stewart (Tom); four grandchildren, Sally Ann Baumbach (Joe), Thomas Stewart Jr. (Jordan), Rick Martin and Susan Perkins (Gill); great-grandchildren, James and Madeline Baumbach; also many nieces, nephews and cousins in New York.
Services were held on December 6, 2012, at the Memorial Funeral-Gould Chapel in Hopewell. The Rev. Ron Bullis officiated. Interment was in Appomattox Cemetery. Condolences may be registered at: www.memorialfh.com/obituaries.aspx.
