FONDA-A man was sentenced Tuesday in Montgomery County Court.
John W. Nichols, 63, of 190 Triumpho Road, St. Johnsville, was sentenced to five years probation, 400 hours of community service and has to pay $22,000 in restitution.
Nichols was found guilty on Sept. 18 of stealing items from an Auto Plus store, where he worked, between Oct. 1, 2010, and Oct. 30, 2011.

Potter was sentenced in September to six months in jail and 10 years probation for subjecting a minor victim to non-consensual sexual contact during a party at an apartment last year.
