JOHNSTOWN - City police said a resident arrested last week for violation of the city's Social Host Law for an underage drinking party in November also was charged with allegedly hosting another party in October.
Darby B. McCullers, 24, of 5 Hall Ave., was charged Thursday with violation of the Social Host Law and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police said he hosted a party Oct. 13 at his residence, and officers dealt the next morning with some of the underage people, who were causing a disturbance on Main Street.
McCullers will appear later in City Court.
Police on Tuesday also reported the arrest of McCullers on the same charges from a Nov. 2 underage drinking party he allegedly hosted where a 15-year-old fell out of a second-floor window and suffered serious injuries.
For those charges, he also will appear in City Court.
