Now that colder weather is here, please watch for dogs, cats and horses left out in the elements without any shelter. These animals have no way of helping themselves. They are totally dependent on us to take care of them.
Please keep watch for them in the cities, villages and towns. They can be anywhere. If you see a helpless dog or cat or horse, please call someone, your local animal control officer or law enforcement officer.
Please don't let an animal suffer or die because you were afraid to speak up.
