GLOVERSVILLE?- The city's overnight parking ban on streets will begin Friday and continue through April 1.
Motorists may not park on city streets between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m., a news release said.
City police may issue warnings to violators, the release said, but once snow falls, tickets will be issued.
