Riley Louise Meredith is the daughter of Marine Corps Cpl. Nicholas and Amanda Meredith of Caroga Lake. She was born at 6:06 p.m. Oct. 2 at St. Mary's Hospital, Amsterdam, weighing 7 pounds 6 ounces and measuring 20 inches long.
Her maternal grandparents are Diana and Jason Snell of Ephratah and Mike and Patti Morse of Fort Plain. Her great-grandparents are Joann Baker of Ephratah and Greg and Connie Morse of St. Johnsville. The paternal grandparents are Robert and Angela Meredith of Caroga Lake. The great-grandparents are Jane Brandt of Caroga Lake and James and Sharon Salter of Parish, Oswego County.
