Remember loved ones at Tree of Lights

November 23, 2012
The Leader Herald

On Dec. 1, the Nathan Littauer Hospital and Nursing Home Auxiliary will host its annual Tree of Lights Ceremony. Each light on the tree is either in memory of or in honor of a loved one. A light may be purchased in the hospital gift shop for $5. The honoree's name and the purchaser's name are posted on a special plaque in the lobby, and all purchases are acknowledged by mail.

Please join us for the ceremony Dec. 1, which will be held in the main lobby of the hospital at 7 p.m. Anita Moore, auxiliary president, will preside over the ceremony. Pianist and soloist Tom and Mickey Hobson will provide the songs during the ceremony and Nathan Littauer's own auxiliary singing group, "Nate's Notes," will lead us in song, led by pianist Pat-Travis Doull.

The Tree of Lights will be lit at the ceremony and will be a glowing tribute throughout the entire month of December.

Immediately after the ceremony will be a reception hosted by the auxiliary, in the hospital lobby with refreshments and lovely seasonal songs.

We invite you to join us in a remembrance of your loved ones on Dec. 1 at 7 p.m. in the lobby of Nathan Littauer Hospital and Nursing Home.

For more information, call Sue McNeil at 773-5408.
