BROADALBIN - North Main Street in the village will be blocked off Monday, from the Monument at the intersection of West Main and Bridge streets to School Street, in preparation for the Holiday Parade.
Parking on Main Street in that area will be prohibited after 3 p.m. The roadblock will begin around 3 p.m. and last until the conclusion of the parade and holiday festivities.
There will be caroling at 5 p.m., a tree lighting ceremony in Kenside Park at 6:15, and the parade will begin at the Broadalbin-Perth High School at 6:30.
