JOHNSTOWN - An Oppenheim man pleaded guilty Wednesday in Fulton County Court to burglary and is expected to go to Drug Court.
William J. Skinner III, 24, of Lottville Road, pleaded guilty before Judge Richard C. Giardino to one count of third-degree burglary as part of a plea agreement.
He sentencing was adjourned until a later date, but he is expected to get five years of probation and three years of participation in the county Drug Court program.
Skinner was charged Aug. 21, accused of burglarizing a building on Lottville Road two days earlier.
