The Johnstown Public Library is as welcoming and ready to serve as ever, with a fresh coat of paint, new carpeting and an updated phone system firmly in place.
Much appreciation is due to state Sen. Hugh T. Farley, Sniezyk Painters Inc., The Galleria, SW Lindquist Carpet Installers, Frontier, Chandra Cotter, Jason Scott, Scott Sweeney, Dave Ackernecht and the entire Johnstown DPW, Benjamin Moore's Historic Color collection, John David and Amy Praught and the Class of 2014, Wally Hart and Maureen Skoda for their design input, the library's Board of Trustees, and the entire library staff for working so thoughtfully and diligently to help make our building as beautiful as it can be. These projects were a possibility because of each of you.
We hope people will pay the library a visit to see our new look and the many services and materials we continue to offer.
ERICA WING
Johnstown Public Library director
