GLOVERSVILLE- City police said a teen caused damage to a patrol vehicle after being placed into custody Friday.
Tessa N. Taylor, 17, of 54 Forest St., was arrested and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct.
Police said Taylor was arrested after she refused to stop yelling and screaming. After Taylor was placed into the back of a patrol vehicle, police said, she began to kick a window, causing damage.
She was arraigned in front of Judge John Clo and sent to Fulton County Correctional Facility.
