Driver can deal with guilt

The Leader Herald

This letter is to the drunken driver who hit my father-in-law and left him, not knowing if he was dead or alive, early Sunday morning on Mountain Road.

I can't even begin to imagine what kind of a person it takes to hit someone's car the way you did and then take off, not knowing if you just killed that person or not. I hope your conscience is hard at work.
