On behalf of the Community Interaction Committee and the Gloversville Enlarged School District, I would like to thank all of the talented members of our community for taking the time to share their talents at our Share Your Talent night on Oct. 18. They showed a lot of people just how much talent this community really has. It was a pleasure to have been there and to have been a part of the evening's activities.
The Share Your Talent night is just one of our monthly scheduled Community Fun Nights in our school district. To find out what's coming up, check the family activities calendar on our Parents Resources page on our school district website (www.gloversvilleschools.org).
I would like to express a special thanks to Rich DeMallie, school principal, for hosting and being a big part of the night's success, and a special thanks to high school band director John Savage. John, we definitely could not have done it without you. Thanks again.
Lastly, I would like to thank all the families that attended. It was a pleasure having you all there, and I hope to see you all again at future Community Fun Nights. I would also like to encourage those who have never attended one of our school events to come out in the future.
It really is a fun time and a time to all come together for the betterment of our community. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at 775-5720, Ext. 2069. Thanks.
