GLOVERSVILLE - A city man was arrested Sunday night after he was witnessed punching two vehicles parked on North Main Street, near the American Legion, according to city police.
Michael A. Yennard, 19, of 13 N. Water St. was charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Police said after fleeing the scene on foot, he was located a short time later in the Price Chopper parking lot.
He was taken into custody without incident, processed and held for arraignment. He was arraigned before City Court Judge John Clo.
