ONEONTA - Broadalbin-Perth graduate Brittany Calvello, a senior on the SUNY Oneonta women's volleyball team, had 17 assists and 12 digs in a 3-1 win over Hartwick College on Thursday.
On Oct. 19 and 20, Oneonta went 2-2 in SUNYAC East Division pool play at SUNY New Paltz.
Oneonta defeated New Paltz (3-2) and Potsdam (3-1), and lost to Cortland (3-0) and Plattsburgh (3-0).
Oneonta (19-12 overall, 3-5 SUNYAC) finished tied for third place with SUNY Potsdam, which means the two teams will play a play-in game at Buffalo State to qualify for the SUNYAC tournament on Friday at noon.
Against Potsdam, Calvello recorded her sixth triple-double of the season with 21 assists, 15 digs and 10 kills.
Against Plattsburgh, Calvello had 17 assists, 16 digs, five aces and five blocks.
