Municipalities around the region have scheduled their official trick-or-treat times. Most will take place the evening of Halloween, which will be Wednesday.
The only exception will be the hamlet of Tribes Hill, which will have trick-or-treat this Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m., followed by a costume party for children at the Tribes Hill Presbyterian Church.
These communities will hold trick-or-treat hours on Wednesday, as follows:
City of Gloversville - 6 to 8 p.m.
City of Johnstown - 6 to 8 p.m.
Village and town of Mayfield - 6 to 8 p.m.
Town of Caroga- 6 to 8 p.m.
Village of Broadalbin - 6 to 8 p.m.
Town of Ephratah - 6 to 8 p.m.
Village of Dolgeville - 5 to 7 p.m., with costume judging at 7:30 p.m.
Village of Northville - 5 to 7 p.m.
Town of Perth - 5 to 7 p.m.
Town of Stratford - 5 to 7 p.m.
Town of Oppenheim - 5 to 7 p.m.
Town of Northampton - 5 to 7 p.m.
City and town of Amsterdam - 6 to 8 p.m.
Village of Canajoharie - 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., with parade at 7 p.m.
Village of Fultonville - 5 to 7 p.m.
Village of Ames - 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Village of Fort Plain - 6:30 to 8 p.m., with parade at 5 p.m.
Village of Hagaman - 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Village of Palatine Bridge - 5:30 to 7 p.m.
Village of St. Johnsville - 5 to 7 p.m.
Village of Fonda - 6 to 8 p.m., with parade at 6 p.m.
Village of Fort Johnson - 6 to 8 p.m.

Officials with the town of Hope in Hamilton County and the village of Nelliston in Montgomery County could not be reached for their trick-or-treat times.
