ABINGDON, Pa. - The SUNY Cobleskill women's volleyball team closed out its North Eastern Athletic Conference season over the weekend by taking one-of-three matches at the league's final crossover event of the season hosted by Penn State Abington. After the event the Fighting Tigers are currently 13-16 overall and conclude their NEAC schedule with a 4-7 league record.
The Fighting Tigers opened the action on Saturday by topping the Nittany Lions of Penn State Harrisburg 3-0 by set scores of 25-22, 25-15 and 25-18 prior to dropping their next match to the host Nittany Lions of Penn State Abington 3-1 by scores of 15-25, 24-26, 25-15 and 23-25.
Cobleskill concluded the weekend by falling to league leading Gallaudet University 3-0 by scores of 25-11, 25-7 and 25-17.

Junior outside hitter Amber Baker, a Johnstown graduate, was impressive at the event averaging: 1.6 kills, 2.6 digs and .44 aces per set at the event.
Cobleskill will be in action on Wednesday when they host Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in non-league action beginning at 7 p.m.
