Agnes L. Blayzor, age 90, of Johnstown, passed away on Saturday, October 13, 2012, at St. John's Nursing Home in Rochester, after a long illness.
She was born on April 18, 1922, in Ticonderoga, Essex County, New York, a daughter of the late Alfred D. Cheney and Jesse Blanchard Cheney.
Mrs. Blayzor was a homemaker.
On June 2, 1941, she was united in marriage to Edward J. Blayzor and he passed away on April 26, 2005.
Survivors include two sons, Edward J. Blayzor III and Robert T. Blayzor of Northville; one daughter, Carol Rehberger; a brother, Alfred Cheney of Florida; four sisters, Charlotte Lane, Hazel Chatterton, Georgianna Smith and Jesse Loftstrum; grandchildren, Kenneth Rehberger, Kenen McManus, Robert Blayzor, Robin Carville, Dwayne Antis and Edward J. Blayzor IV; great grandchildren, Madeline, Robert and Andrew Blayzor, Morgan and Emma McManus, Patrick Carville; nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by a brother, Hebert Cheney; sisters, Arabella Ahrens and Phyllis Mowrey.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, October 19, at the A.G. Cole Funeral Home Inc., 215 East Main Street, Johnstown. Family and friends may call on Friday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Interment will be in North Bush Cemetery.
