JOHNSTOWN - Liberty ARC and Fulton-Montgomery Community College will celebrate the one-year anniversary of their Community Partnership with a volunteer event at the college Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The program will include an expansion of the community garden, which was built to harvest fruits and vegetables for local families in need, a news release said. It also will include a landscaping effort around the clock tower, raffle giveaways, pumpkin and face painting, and horses.
