JOHNSTOWN - A city teenager was charged by city police last month on marijuana possession and sale counts at Johnstown High School.
Police said Douglas M.A. Eckler, 18, of 203 N. Market St., Apartment 1, was charged by city police at 3:08 p.m. Sept. 21 with unlawful possession of marijuana and fifth-degree criminal sale of marijuana.
Police said officers were called by JHS officials to investigate Eckler's alleged marijuana possession at 12:45 p.m. that day. He was charged at the school, 1 Sir Bills Circle.
He was issued appearance tickets for City Court.
