GLENS FALLS - Former St. Mary's and Bishop Scully basketball coach Francis "Dutch" Howlan will be among nine new inductees for the New York State Basketball Hall of Fame.
The induction ceremony for the nine new members will be March 17 at the Glens Falls Civic Center in conjunction with the state tournament.
