CANAJOHARIE - Galway defeated Mayfield, 25-23, 25-19 to win the Western Athletic Conference tournament on Saturday.
Mayfield defeated Saratoga Catholic in the semifinals, 25-23, 20-25, 25-9 and Galway beat Schoharie 25-18, 25-16.
Mayfield won the Canajoharie pool by going 8-0. Canajoharie was 4-4.
Galway won the Fort Plain pool with a 7-1 record. Fort Plain went 2-6.
The Eagles will visit the Lady Panthers on Monday for their regular league match.
