JOHNSTOWN - The city Planning Board will conduct a public hearing at 4 p.m., Oct. 2, on a project to renovate a former city glove factory into apartments.
The hearing will be for a project at 110 S. Market St. Peck's Lake resident Jean L. Cote, wants to renovate a portion of the existing, abandoned former Conroy Glove building at 110 S. Market St. into eight loft-style apartments.
