MIDDLEBURGH - Kayla Bowerman scored on a direct kick from 30 yards out in the final two minutes to lift Canajoharie to a 3-2 win over Middleburgh in a Western Athletic Conference girls soccer game Wednesday.
Jenelle Dillenbeck and Hannah Bowerman also scored for the Cougars (6-0 overall, 6-0 WAC).
Amanda Roney had both goals for Middleburgh (4-3 overall, 3-2 WAC).
Lauren Balfe had seven saves for Canajoharie, while Megan Hagadorn made nine stops for the Knights.

FORT PLAIN - Seana Cleveland scored all four goals to lead Schoharie to a WAC win over Fort Plain.
Kaitlin Kendle finished with two assists for Schoharie (2-2 WAC), while Lauren Archer added one assist.
Haley Kilmartin scored both goals for Fort Plain (2-5 overall, 2-4 WAC), while Allehah Van Loan added an assist.
St. Johnsville/Oppenheim-Ephratah 2, Duanesburg 0
ST. JOHNSVILLE - Jessi Hagadorn and Hannah Taylor each scored to lead St. Johnsville/Oppenheim Ephratah to a Western Athletic Conference victory over Duanesburg.
Leann Knapp had five saves in the net for St. Johnsville/Oppenheim-Ephratah (2-4 overall, 2-4 WAC), which outshot Duanesburg 11-8.
Nicole Cassale made six saves for Duanesburg (1-5 WAC).

BERNE - Alex Luciano and Stephanie Huether scored to lead Berne-Knox-Westerlo to a shutout win over Sharon Springs.

NEWPORT - Alexis Fauville and Kalli Warmingham each had a goal and an assist to lead West Canada Valley to a win over Dolgeville.
Emily Young scored the lone goal for Dolgeville (1-4 overall), while Ashley Mettler had the assist.
Courtney Phillips made six saves to earn the win in goal for West Canada Valley.
