FONDA - Three Gloversville residents were charged with disorderly conduct Aug. 31 following an altercation at the Fonda Fair.
Alice P. Waldvogel, 21, and Jennifer P. Briskie, 21, were charged by state police with the violation, with Waldvogel also receiving a second-degree harassment charge after the two got in a fight, police said.
Police said Briskie began yelling at Waldvogel, who responded by pushing her back, leading to a scuffle.
Police said troopers also charged Mark A. Atty, 23, with disorderly conduct for his part in an altercation with another unnamed male. All three were issued appearance tickets.
