The 1998 Saturn sedan Ackernecht was supposed to be driving home from work was found on fire around 1:45 a.m. Oct. 1, 2008, in Frog Hollow.

The color for the night is purple, a news release said, which was Ackernecht's favorite color, and the color for domestic violence awareness.
