ST. JOHNSVILLE - Village police said a juvenile was arrested Thursday after threatening someone with a black replica pistol.
Police said the juvenile, age 16, - who was not named by police - was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree menacing.
Police said the juvenile threatened someone with the pistol by displaying it from under his shirt in the presence of a 2-year-old. An investigation revealed the weapon was a black pellet gun, designed to look like a .40 caliber pistol, police said.
The juvenile was arraigned and released.
