Lindsey Thomas, daughter of Mark and Karen Thomas of Gloversville, was united in marriage to Anthony Philipp, son of Brigitte Philipp of Albany and Salvatore Maimone of Schenectady, at 6 p.m. Aug. 10.
The ceremony took place at the Appel Inn in Altamont, Albany County, and was officiated by the Rev. Thomas Hess.
The bride was escorted by her father.

The maid of honor was Megan Thomas of Scotia. The bridal attendants were Kate Perham of Gloversville and Jessica Wood of Washington, D.C.
The best man was Steve Philipp of Brooklyn. The ushers were Todd Patrick of Kentucky; and Brian Pukis, Andrew DiBell and David Kozakiewicz, all of Albany.
A reception was held at the Appel Inn.
A wedding trip was to Riviera Maya, Mexico.
Thomas is a 2001 graduate of Mayfield High School and a 2005 graduate of Hartwick College with a bachelor's degree in biology. She is employed at DeLuke Orthodontics Professional Corp. as a certified dental assistant.
Philipp, who is a graduate of Albany High School, received associate degrees from Hudson Valley Community College and ITT Technical Institute and a bachelor's degree in technology from Excelsior College. He is employed at General Electric Healthcare as a manufacturing engineer.
The couple resides in Albany.
