SARATOGA SPRINGS - After finishing in a tie after four golfers, Northville-Mayfield emerged with a Western Athletic Conference win over Saratoga Central Catholic at Saratoga Spa State Park by virtue of its fifth golfer.
Mario Quintana posted a 58 to lift Northville-Mayfield to the 252-256 win, helping his team hand the Saints their first league loss.
Jordan Fordyce led Northville-Mayfield with a 45, while Arty Hoffman and Gavon Winn each finished with rounds of 57.
Frank Coulter added a 55 for Northville-Mayfield.
Nick Oda posted a 46 to lead Saratoga Catholic, while Kayla Szekely posted a 50. Drew Welcome added a 53 for the Saints, Mike Naughton posted a 53 and Chloe Ethier added a 55.
Duanesburg 14, Fort Plain 1
CANAJOHARIE - Pat McGarry posted a 41 to lead Duanesburg to a Western Athletic Conference win over Fort Plain at Canajoharie Country Club.
Sean McGarry carded a 43 for the Eagles, Noah Onorati finished with a 49 and Zach Barberis added a 54.
Simeon Sammons led Fort Plain with a 54, while Chris Arndt finished with a 57. David Wilday registered a 60 for Fort Plain and Valerie Hoffman psoted a 67.

Amsterdam 170, Schenectady 179
SCHENECTADY - James Phelps carded a 41 to lead Amsterdam to a win over Schenectady at Schenectady Municipal Golf Course.
Lukas Brower posted a 42 for the Rams, while Dan Hughes registered a 43. Kevin Ottati and Corey Tambasco each finished with a 44 for Amsterdam (4-6 Big 10).
Derrick Brown posted a 43 to lead Schenectady.
