Deputies: Man charged after chase

EPHRATAH - An Albany County motorcyclist was charged by Fulton County sheriff's deputies Friday night with more than 30 counts after leading authorities on a 15-mile chase that ended in Montgomery County.

Deputies said Skyler J. Hannon, 29, of 51 Bell St., Altamont, was charged by deputies at 9:50 p.m. Friday with felony possession of marijuana, misdemeanor fleeing the police, misdemeanor aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and 30 other traffic violations.

Hannon led deputies on a chase that started in the town and went through the town and city of Johnstown before ending in the village of Fonda, deputies said.

He was arraigned in Town Court and sent to the Fulton County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail to reappear in court later.
