September 7, 2012
The Leader Herald

JOHNSTOWN - A Mayfield man was sentenced Thursday in Fulton County Court to one to three years in state prison in a felony drinking-and-driving case.

As part of a plea agreement, Christopher R. Kenney, 44, of Beech Street, also was sentenced by Judge Richard C. Giardino to a one-year driver's license revocation, and three-year conditional discharge using the required ignition interlock device. He also was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine.

Sentencing was based on Kenney's June 20 guilty plea before Giardino to one felony count of driving while intoxicated.

He was charged Feb. 8 on Paradise Point Road in the town of Mayfield.
