JOHNSTOWN - Timothy B. Hayward, 42, of 215 S. William St., Johnstown, was charged by city police Thursday with third-degree sexual abuse and forcible touching.
Police said he was charged at 9:30 a.m. after an investigation by the department. No other details were released.
Hayward will appear later in City Court.
