Girls Soccer Roundup: B-P posts win over Glens Falls

QUEENSBURY - Katie Herba scored three goals, leading Broadalbin-Perth to a 6-4 win over Glens Falls at the Morse Complex.

Michaela Hills, Carly Washburn and Kylie Gifford added a goal each for the Lady Patriots (2-0 overall, 1-0 Foothills Council). Rachel Orapello made three saves.

Miranda Haraughty had three goals and an assist for Glens Falls (1-2 overall, 0-1 Foothills Council).

Foothills Council

Scotia-Glenville 5, Johnstown 1

SCOTIA - Sophie Constantino had a goal and an assist, leading Scotia-Glenville to a win over Johnstown.

Max Culhane, Rachel Cox, Abby O'Connor and Dom Puglisi also had goals for the Lady Tartans (1-0 Foothills Council).

Megan Anagnostopulos had the lone goal for Johnstown (0-2 overall, 0-1 Foothills Council).

Colonial Council

Voorheesville 6, Fonda-Fultonville 0

FONDA - Sarah Murray scored two goals, leading Voorheesville to a victory over Fonda-Fultonville.

Emily Cole, Talia Crisafulli, Chelsea Duncan and Rachel Treiber each had a goal for the Lady Blackbirds (1-0 Colonial Council).

Lindsey Therrien made 17 saves for the Lady Braves (0-2 overall, 0-1 Colonial Council).

Non-league

Town of Webb 4, Dolgeville 3

DOLGEVILLE - Madeleine Phaneuf had two goals, including the game-winner in Town of Webb's win over Dolgeville.

Melissa Rockhill and Katie Connell also had a goal each for Town of Webb. Rockhill and Sara Carnell each had an assist. Shelby Egnaczyk made 11 saves.
