GLOVERSVILLE - City police said officers arrested a 19-year-old for the theft of firearms from a city residence.
Joseph R. Ryle III of 43 First Ave. was charged Monday with second-degree burglary on a warrant.
Police requested assistance from community members in locating Ryle after difficulty in the initial attempts late last week. Police said because of a tip, Ryle was located at 215 N. Main St. and was taken into custody without incident.

Ryle was arraigned in City Court and bail was set at $10,000 cash and $20,000 bond.
