WELLS - According to a news release from Wells Central School, the tax rates for the 2012-13 school year have been established.
The tax rates - per $1,000 of assessed property value -?shown by township, along with the percent increase from the prior school year's tax rate, are:
Arietta -$9.76, 1.7 percent .
Hope - $10.49, 1.4 percent.
Lake Pleasant - $9.76, 1.7 percent.
Wells - $10.49, 1 .4 percent.
