Fort Plain man admits to DWI
JOHNSTOWN -A Fort Plain man pleaded guilty Friday in Fulton County Court to a felony count of driving while intoxicated.
Edward J. Cotton, 53, of Wagners Hollow Road pleaded guilty before Judge Polly A. Hoye as part of a plea agreement. Sentencing was adjourned until a later date, but he is expected to receive six months in the county jail, five years of probation and a $1,000 fine.
Cotton was charged Feb. 4 in the town of Ephratah.
