FORT PLAIN - A Fonda teenager is accused of a having sexual contact with an underage girl.
Devon M. Morby, 16, of 125 Jennings Lane, was charged by the Fort Plain Police Department Aug. 2 with second-degree sexual abuse, forcible touching, endangering the welfare of a child and making a false written statement, all class A misdemeanors.
Morby was arrested after an investigation found he had sexual contact with a 12-year-old girl while at a residence on Center Street on Aug. 1.
Morby was arraigned in Palatine Town Court and sent to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility. He since has been released on bail.
