GLOVERSVILLE - The Ida McGinnis Club will have its first meeting at 1 p.m. Aug. 28 at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post, Third Avenue. It will be a social gathering and the July and August birthdays will be celebrated. Those who have not signed up need to do so by Aug. 21, with Shirley Frederick at 725-0187.
