FONDA - State police recently charged James A. Wagoner, 38, of Fonda, with third-degree larceny, first-degree falsifying of business records and first-degree filing of a false instrument.
The charges are felonies, police said, and are due to Wagoner filing for and collecting unemployment benefits while working at a bakery in Auburn, Maine.
