BROADALBIN - Alleged public urination by a Schenectady County motorist Saturday led to his arrest on drinking and driving charges, Fulton?County sheriff's deputies said.
Paul R. Buzash, 57, of Glenville, was charged at 3:15 p.m. with driving while intoxicated, driving with a 0.08 percent or greater blood-alcohol content, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and exposure of a person.
Deputies said he was charged on Saratoga Avenue at the Route 29 intersection. Buzash was seen urinating behind his vehicle, deputies said. A deputy's investigation found Buzash was intoxicated, deputies said.
Buzash will appear later in Town Court.
