EDINBURG - State police said an Edinburg resident was charged with a misdemeanor and three infractions after hitting another vehicle on South Shore Road and injuring a person.
Anthony E. Brown, 45, was charged with a first-offense driving while intoxicated charge, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, driving while using a mobile phone and refusing to take a breath test.
Brown was charged and issued an appearance ticket at 7:45 p.m. Friday at Albany Medical Center.
