GLOVERSVILLE - City Water Department Superintendent Christopher Satterlee said neither the department nor its board are endorsing letters advertising "water service line coverage from HomeServe."
The HomeServe USA Repair Management Corp., also known as "HomeServe" is based in Albany, a letterhead sent to one resident notes.
The city's Water Department is not affiliated with this insurance, Satterlee said.
