GLOVERSVILLE - Police said a 19-year-old city man violated a restraining order Thursday by going near an infant he was ordered to stay away from.
Police said Edward A. Rowback III went to a Grand Street home, where the infant boy was.
Rowback was found at his home at 8 William St. on Tuesday morning after family members claimed he wasn't there, police said.

He was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, and held for arraignment.
