JOHNSTOWN - New York State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli will be the guest of honor at the Fulton County Democratic Committee's picnic on Aug. 18 from noon to 5 p.m. at the Johnstown Moose.
Joseph Chilelli, Democratic candidate for the state Assembly, and Madelyn Thorne, the party's candidate for the state Senate, also are expected to attend, a news release said.
Adult tickets are $15 each. Children younger than 5 will be admitted free.
