Bill and Linda Snell of Gloversville announce the engagement of their daughter, Andrea Snell, to Thomas Dugan, the son of Bob and Theresa Dugan of Mayfield.
Snell is a 2008 graduate of Gloversville High School and a 2009 graduate of Word of Life Bible Institute, Pottersville, Warren County. She received an associate degree in fine arts from Fulton-Montgomery Community College in 2012.
Dugan is a 2007 graduate of Mayfield High School and a 2011 graduate of FMCC.
